Need help using Xcreen or restoring Xcreen Pro? Start with the steps below or contact us directly.
Getting started
- Choose a curated background color or create a custom one.
- Select the corner where you want the exit X to appear.
- Tap Start cleaning.
- When finished, hold the X for one second to return Home.
Xcreen keeps the display awake during cleaning. Ordinary taps inside the cleaning screen do nothing, but system gestures may still be enabled on your device.
Xcreen Pro and purchase restoration
Xcreen Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the Home banner ad and enables the option to open Xcreen directly to your saved cleaning screen.
- To purchase Pro, open Settings & Help and tap Get Xcreen Pro.
- To recover a previous purchase, open the Xcreen Pro purchase screen and tap Already purchased? Restore access.
- Purchase access is associated with the Apple Account used for the original App Store purchase. Confirm that the device uses that account before restoring.
Common questions
Why does Xcreen stay awake?
This is intentional so the cleaning surface remains visible. Hold the X for one second to finish cleaning.
Why do I still see an advertisement after purchasing Pro?
Xcreen Pro members do not see banner ads. Confirm that Settings & Help shows Xcreen Pro as active. If it does not, use Already purchased? Restore access.
Why did Xcreen open on Home instead of the cleaning screen?
Automatic cleaning-screen startup is optional. Pro users can turn it on from Settings & Help. Your saved color and exit corner will be used the next time Xcreen launches into cleaning mode.
